My boiler packed up the first week of January, during the second lockdown!! I called AMG not knowing what to expect because I have never been in this situation before. They were really helpful and explained my options based on my requirements. Who knew there are so many boilers to chose from; different sizes, performance and cost etc.?!?! I was over the moon when they said they would class me as a priority and came out straight away. 10/10 – the engineer was tidy/clean, respectful, reliable and adhered to covid rules. I highly recommend!!

Aaron fitted our boiler a few years ago and contacted us to arrange it’s annual service. As ever he was friendly and professional and efficient. He was running late but contacted us to let us know and make sure he wouldn’t inconvenience us by arriving around 30 minutes later than expected. He was willing to rearrange the appointment if it was a problem for us. We can’t fault him and will continue to use his services for years to come.

Where to start with AMG Heating. Aaron and the boys done a fantastic job from start to finish. Our boiler broke down on a Saturday morning and new we needed a whole new system as the boiler that broke down was years old. We called numerous people to help out but Aaron was the only one to help out at such short notice due to us having no heating, he and his team was round the next day and worked round the clock to install the system in just a day due to us having a young family and no heating, would 110% recommend AMG Heating and will be using them for future work.

Fixed gas leak
I could smell gas when I woke up yesterday and rang the emergency gas service. The leak was from our gas fire so consequently the gas had to be turned off which left us with no hot water or heating! I rang Aaron concerned that it was a Saturday and with the recent weather thought I might have to wait a few days. He arrived within the hour, sorted the problem and turned the gas back on, re lit the boiler and I was so impressed with the service.

I did not realise my 91 year old mother in law had been trying to get a plumber for six weeks as her shower was only trickling water. I rang Aaron as I had been so pleased with the boiler and bathroom that he had fitted for me previously and he contacted her the same day. He went to see her and fitted it the following day. We had been redecorating and found the radiators were not central on the wall and we wanted to replace them with more modern looking rads, I spoke to someone on the phone who called away and got prices on the product I enquired about, he got back to me promptly, and arranged a convenient time to come and fit them. This was an emergency leak from cistern in bathroom, he did in 1 hr what a big company couldn’t do in 3 weeks.

The job we asked him to do was quite a large job, to fit a new boiler in a new position, into an airing cupboard, and a replacement hot water cylinder below it.
